I'm Lauren, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Ballston Lake, NY. I provide individual counseling to young adults and adults looking to manage anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I work with folks to develop healthy coping skills, reduce symptoms, and achieve your goals. I am trained in EMDR, and utilize approaches based in CBT, DBT, solutions-focused, strengths-based, and motivational interviewing.
